Kinji Akagawa receives McKnight Distinguished Artist Award June 27, 2007 - Tom LaVenture, Asian American Press. The McKnight Foundation has named sculptor Kinji Akagawa as the 2007 McKnight Distinguished Artist, in recognition of artistic excellence spanning four decades as a Minnesota sculptor and creator of public art.
