Step 1: Review the overview section in the Meeting Spaces page, paying particular attention to the room in which your meeting will be held.
Step 2: Complete the Guest Meeting Worksheet or Guest Reception Worksheet depending on your event type and send it to the Guest Services and Administrative Associate as soon as possible.
Step 3: Check in with the Guest Services and Administrative Associate at least 3 business days before your event.
