TaMicá Tody joined McKnight in September 2024 as the Executive Assistant, Office of the President. In this role, TaMicá provides high-level administrative support, coordination, project management, and ensures the smooth functioning of the executive’s office by facilitating effective executive leadership.
TaMicá brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Prior to joining McKnight, she served as the executive assistant/executive writer for Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County, and as a client engagement manager for The Diversity Connection. She previously held positions at the Stairstep Foundation, Tubman Center, and the Minnesota Twins. TaMicá is a strong believer in the power of partnership and collaboration, and is deeply committed to being a good steward, respecting others, and promoting equity. TaMicá enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and checking out live music.
